so... some good and some bad news. I will tell you the good news first! It's that I just got my camera finally, the Nikon D40 with two lenses and all the good stuff. I will be taking pictures like mad for a couple of weeks now : Be looking forward to portraiture, landscapes and some macro's.

The bad news is that I originally wanted the Nikon D40X but I found out after 2 months of waiting for one to get to a store the manufacture discontinued them which means I will never be able to get one. That isn't so bad considering that before I new, I bought one off E-bay from sunshine. NEVER trust this buyer. write that down somewhere please, even if you don't do ebay. It was fraud 100% all the way. I still haven't got my money back. They said they had the camera's in the beginning and I would get it within a week since I paid $200 in express shipping but after a week and a half I phone back and they said they don't have any. I cancelled my order and the threatened me that I wouldn't get a penny back until I have them an awesome rating on their e-bay page. Anyway even though I had horrible service and they threatened me I gave them one anyway, to get my money back. NOW they said they were going to put a deposit on my VISA but its been two weeks and they still haven't. Please guys, learn from my experience and don't buy expensive stuff from e-bay. It will most likely be a scam.

But enough of the bad news. I can't wait to take pictures!
